Collaboration is a important characteristic to us humans as social leaders. Being a teamplayer is to be helpful with your team. Collaboration also means agreeing with each other. Teamwork is usually used in groups or teams.One local leader that I read about is Harper Kaufman she is a local farmer. Harper Kaufman uses collaboration just like me.

Harper Kaufman had to show collaboration when she started to farm. Collaboration was very important to Harper because she was new to farming.She learned from other farmers that had been farming for a longer time. In the GlenX video: Harper Kaufman Two Roots Farm/ GlenX Career Expo Spring 2018 Harper said “We would work alongside each other pruning trees or laying down straw … all the while we go to share others stories.” Some of the benefits of working with others are you get to know someone better and you learn from them.

I also show collaboration like Harper Kaufman. Collaboration is something I like to show whenever my team needs to solve a problem. There has been times where my friends needed guidance so I helped them. Sometimes the people at my table don't understand the application problems in math. I try to explain it to them the way I understand it. I sometimes model the way I solved the problem.

Collaboration is a quality that I and every other person probably use on a daily basis. The colors I chose are special because what they say about me. I chose multiple colors because of what I think which is no matter where your from or your skin color you deserve equal rights. Multiple people with different skin colors can work together without judgment. I chose a bold font because people who show collaboration are not scared to help a friend or make new ones even if its hard.

Collaboration is needed in the world, as it would make the world a better place. Trust me. It starts small but something small makes a big impact if we all show collaboration.
