Confident people can lead social change. Confidence means the feeling or belief that one can rely on someone or something. Showing confidence is similar to being positive, but it is different because when you are positive you are just having a good feeling and you are not really thinking about others. Eloisa Duarte shows confidence when she is working on her job and with her team. This characteristic helps Eloisa Duarte and me become a leader in our community.

A leader who demonstrates this quality is Eloisa Duarte. Eloisa Duarte has a leadership role in the Valley Settlement projects in the parent mentor program as a parent mentor director. She helps others to volunteer in the classrooms of the local schools. In her own words she says, “ You will be able to get confidence because the schools are the life of our community. I think she is building a family of community members by using confidence.

I see confidence in myself by being positive in school and I get my work done when I need to. The evidence is that I believe in myself when something is hard or challenging. I use this by showing others how to be confident and how to have fun and believe in themselves. I can also be a good role model. My teacher says that I show initiative because when I see something that needs to be fixed or finished, I do it without being asked. I think that this is showing confidence because I am helpful and reliable.

When I was choosing the brand for my word I needed to make decisions about the color and the font I was going to choose. The color that I choose was blue. The font that I choose was Ruslan Display. I chose these decisions because the color blue represents that you believe in yourself and that you have faith. I chose this font because when you are confident you need to be big and bold.

Eloisa Duarte uses confidence in her life right now, like in her work, at home, friends, and projects that her team and her make. I use confidence at school, at home, and with my friends. This is important because it can help you by giving you a career in life because people can see that you are a positive thinking person. This can relate with leaders of social change because your life change can change if you use more confidence.
