I want to have an epic feast. For this to work, I want to fill my stomach exactly to its capacity. If I eat too much, I will definitely regret it. If I don't quite fill my stomach up, I'm wasting an opportunity for epic-ness.
I have pre-selected some of my favorite recipes for this feast, but all of them make too many servings for my carefully calculated stomach volume. So, they each must be accurately modified to produce exactly the right amount of food. Please be careful not to make any mistakes, or all will be lost!
Select one of the recipes
Determine the number of servings the recipe is intended to make (this is on the recipe)
Modify each ingredient of your recipe for the amount for ONE serving
(Divide the quantity of each ingredient by the number of servings)
Then, modify each ingredient of your recipe based on the number of servings Mr. Finn needs for his epic feast
(Multiply the quantity of each ingredient by the new number of servings)
Let's look at an example together!
Let's say my recipe is for 8 servings, but I need to make it just 3 servings.
The first ingredient in my recipe is 2/3 cup of heavy cream.
