Our annual lunchtime basketball tournament, Make it Rain, is helping students understand the norms and expectations on the blacktop. It is pretty fun too!
Inderkum minimum days often bring Leading Edgers back home! This week we had some special visitors come and share their high school experience.

Overview: Trimester 1 has concluded, and we're already three weeks into Trimester 2. It's crucial for all families to grasp the academic expectations at Leading Edge. Whether receiving Honor Roll certificates or, conversely, Academic Hold letters, families may have questions about these standards. Please dedicate some time to review the relevant sections of the Parent Handbook. This will provide clarity on the criteria used to assess student success.
Overview: Leading Edge Sixth Grade's Annual India/South Asia Cultural Day and Bazaar is Thursday, December 21st! This is one of our students' favorite events of the year.
Families are welcome to join us from 1:20 - 2:40pm to view the rangoli art, see the dance performances (starting around 1:20pm), and visit the group project tables. As always, volunteers and donations are much appreciated. Donations can be sent in to Mrs. Bibayoff or the office labeled "LE Sixth Grade". Please sign up if you are able to help that day. Thank you!
Overview: LEAP has noticed the costs of field trips have gone up this year, and we appreciate our community's ongoing support in covering these fees. To help offset expenses and gradually rebuild our fundraising efforts at Leading Edge, we're introducing a new annual event—the Bingo and Silent Auction Night.
First Steps: We're seeking families to join forces with us in reaching out to businesses, friends, and family to secure donations for our silent auction. As the event date draws near, we'll also be on the lookout for small food donations to boost our revenue.
Details: Our staff will take care of CECA and IB teacher recommendations for all students, you do not need to request them. In December, homeroom teachers will have 8th grade students indicate which programs they are applying to. Our staff will then complete the recommendations. Admin coordinates with the CECA and IB programs to ensure all LE students have their materials in correctly.
