Next watch two long i videos. You will learn to make the long i spelled /igh/ /ie/ /i-e/.

Word Wall Words- introduce this week’s word wall words. (Found in the Peek at the week) Practice writing them in the sky with your finger as you say the word and letters out loud. Then write them 3x’s each for practice in the word wall word journal.

Math- (Topic 14-10) Log into pearsonsuccessnet.com to complete the math assignment. It is topic 14 lesson 10. Please watch the video, do the guided practice and take the quiz. Don’t skip any of the parts! Then log onto IXL and complete teacher suggested activities.

Science- Log onto Science. Once you have logged in, look to the top left corner. You will see a small symbol with 3 dots and 3 lines. Click on that. A drop down menu will fall. Click on Life Science. Then click on lesson 9-Take another look-How are plants alike and different. Read/listen to the lesson. Then complete Wrap it up questions orally.

If your would like to do more you can go onto lesson 10- Think like a Scientist- Make an Observation. Read/listen to the lesson. Then complete Wrap it up questions orally. Lesson 10 is optional.
