❶ When there is an equipment problem maintenance department is called and action is taken by Internal Maintenance team or by External.

❷ All machines are identified. 

❸ Some of the machine breakdown and machine repairs are recorded.

❹ Maintenance department has some stocks of spare parts.

❺  Maintenance department follows-up customer satisfaction with KPI (time to repair, availability rate of the machine...). 

❶ Maintenance Teammates have been technically trained on the various equipements, and have the necessary authorizations.

❷ When there is an equipment problem, maintenance department is called and an immediate solution is provided.

❸ A preventive maintenance plan has been set up for all the machines and is followed up.

❹  A safety stock of spare parts has been defined and is kept under control (no shortage). Key equipment and machines have been analysed and listed, back ups have been identified .

❺ The skills of the Maintenance team are regularly re-evaluated. (Frequency: once a year suggested)

❻  A Computerized Maintenance Management System is in place and data is up-to-date. 

❶ Breakdowns and repairs are recorded and analyzed . Preventive maintenance plans are updated to reduce number or frequency of breakdowns.

❷ Machine and  product performance (quality, efficiency...etc) are followed up to anticipate failures.

❸ After training and validation, some preventative and basic maintenance operations have been delegated to operators. 

❶ Machines are modified internally to increase their Overall Equipment Efficiency performances.  

❷There is a regular benchmark regarding new machines or machines update.

❸ Maintenance system is regularly challenged.
