OPEX assessment routine, explained by DMW (Decathlon Manufacturing Way) 2017
Here is the list of observable situations to allow you to evaluate your Organization
This grid corresponds to version 11.2 for which we have changed the vocabulary to make it accessible to all actors at Decathlon (stores, warehouses, factories, brands & services).
To reach a level (A/B/C/D), all the observable situations of the level must be fulfilled.
If none of the observable situations are applied, it means that you have the level E.
Everything in red indicates the people involved in the action.
Everything written in bold black corresponds to the important points of the action.
❶ There is an formalized action plan (with who, what, when) which shows the progress, what to focus on and improvement actions deployment
❷ The improvement action plan is deployed at least in one department of the Organization.
❸ At least of 80% of actions stick to the action plan defined.
❶ Department : Cutting, Stitching, Assessmbly
❶ The CI roadmap covers the global Organization.
❷ All improved actions in the roadmap end by new standard/rule (or updated standard/rule).
❸ The roadmap integrates deployment of management routine covering the 4 Axis of the OPEX grid.
❹ There is a CI Routine to manage the deployment of the CI roadmap
❶ The Organization makes a CI self-assessment (at least twice a year).
❷ The Organization adapts the CI roadmap and sets the new goals to achieve.
❸ The Top Leader regularly challenges the CI roadmap.
❹ The CI team adapts CI Roadmap and its target to align the Organization's Project with the evolution of its environment (customers, technology, ...).
