CICA (Understand the OPEX Assessment) level 4 (mastering)
BAA (Become an Assessor) level 4 (mastering)
OPEX ASSESSMENT (ability to drive an OPEX assessment) level 4 (mastering)
FC (fundamentals of coaching) level 3 (autonomy)
Number of OPEX assessment & report communicated : al least 6
