This grid corresponds to version 11.2 for which we have changed the vocabulary to make it accessible to all actors at Decathlon (stores, warehouses, factories, brands & services).

To reach a level (A/B/C/D), all the observable situations of the level must be fulfilled.

If none of the observable situations are applied, it means that you have the level E.

Everything in red indicates the people involved in the action.

Everything written in bold black corresponds to the important points of the action.

❶ The salaries comply with HRP & local regulation.

❷ For all teammates salary is not only based on individual output.

❶ No need to assess this requierement if HRP audit has been completed within last 12 months (Chapter 10 result C, if result below C check CAP point validated with HRP assessor)

❶ For all teammates, salary is composed of a fixed individual part (including responsibilities, competencies, …) with a variable collective bonus based on team performances.

❷ System is transparent, teams have been informed, all teammates can explain the elements taken into account for calculation.

❸ Bonus rates are communicated to all teammates (eg: smart phone app, notice board,....)

❶ No need to assess if HRP audit has been completed within last 12 months (Chapter 10 result B)
