allows all the collaborators of a team to identify the existing practices and the levers that are conducive to the deployment of CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT... to get into actions

1. The leader must be convinced by the approach, she/he will drive the OPEX performance with these teammates. The OPEX is mentioned in its team project and dashboard
2. Have a relay within the team who will lead the OPEX roadmap
3. Plan a collective time (ideally monthly) to debrief the progress of the actions

Preparations for organizing an OPEX assessment :
- book a room with a projector and a large screen
- all team members are present (3 hours)
- all participants have a computer with internet connection
