This grid corresponds to version 11.2 for which we have changed the vocabulary to make it accessible to all actors at Decathlon (stores, warehouses, factories, brands & services).
To reach a level (A/B/C/D), all the observable situations of the level must be fulfilled.
If none of the observable situations are applied, it means that you have the level E.
Everything in red indicates the people involved in the action.
Everything written in bold black corresponds to the important points of the action.
❶ All learning materials and training procedures are regularly updated based on the needs, at least once a year.
❷ All learning materials and training procedure are available in the main language(s) spoken by teammates.
❸ In the Organisation, the methodology used for spreading the knowledge are easy and accessible to the teammates to upgrade their level.
