Here is the list of observable situations to allow you to evaluate your Organization
This grid corresponds to version 11.2 for which we have changed the vocabulary to make it accessible to all actors at Decathlon (stores, warehouses, factories, brands & services).
To reach a level (A/B/C/D), all the observable situations of the level must be fulfilled.
If none of the observable situations are applied, it means that you have the level E.
Everything in red indicates the people involved in the action.
Everything written in bold black corresponds to the important points of the action.
❶ Newcomers sign their contract (probation or final) based on the local regulation and HRP.
❷ Newcomers receive basic informations regarding :
- General safety instructions with necessary PPE provided
- Company information (Main Customers / Main products)
- HR administration
- Operations carried on the site
❸ Newcomers are trained on site while taking up their job.
❹ There is a Indicator targeted to measure the performances of the induction & probation process (example of indicator : Integration success rate).
❶ No need to assess if HRP audit has been completed within last 12 months (Chapter 11 result C, if result below C check CAP point validated with HRP assessor)
❷ * No need to assess if HRP audit has been completed within last 12 months (Chapter 5 result C, if result below C check CAP point validated with HRP assessor)
❶ There is an Integration process formalized, it contains :
- Company Culture introduction
- Its Skill development plan
- Teammates collaborative activities
- Clear instructrions for the different periods of onboarding, including specificly the preparation and the 1st week of onboarding.
❷ There is a process to validate the integration of a new comer.
❸ In All Teams, There are regular audits to check the application of the Integration process.
