We end our meetings with a 10-minute retrospective to identify opportunities for improvement in the way we operate.
We rate our meetings out of 5 to assess the time invested together, if not 5, we give explanations to identify levers for improvement.
To guarantee the effectiveness of the team, if we do not agree, we systematically come up with a "ready" counter-proposal.
To guarantee our effectiveness, before deciding, we allow ourselves time for individual reflection and preparation before sharing it.
