The deliverables of this OPEX line in their version 11.2 will be available from mid-July 2022

❶ The organization fixed some targets regarding the number of skillfull teammates needed or number of skills to be mastered.
❷ The skill matrices or the Company software are accessible and up to date.
❸ Gaps are visible or accessible (lack of trained person, skill level not reached).
❹ Each teammates has a training plan.
❶ Each departement & teams has up to date data in the skill matrices or in the company software.
❷ Each departement & teams define targets regarding the number of skillfull teammate needed and number of skills to be mastered per teammates.
❸ The targets per teammates are aligned with the skill devlopment strategy (according seniority, willingness, profile...)
❹ Teammates improve their skills and practiced new skills.
❺ Each temmate has a competency review with his leader (at minimum twice per year)
