❸ There are defined solutions to avoid human shortage and overtime
❹ Cycle times have been measured and balanced. Teammates workload is kept in a range to avoid over / under workload.

❷ Employees are encouraged to report near misses. Near missess are recorded
❸ Ergonomic risks, working time and working charge are monitored and analyzed per workstation and employee. There is a system in place to reduce the ergonomic risk (e.g., work area design, job rotation, breaks for repetitive activities). Employees are informed on how to avoid ergonomic risks.

❹ Machines, tools, equipments, materials are provided to teammates.
