The deliverables of this OPEX line in their version 11.2 will be available from mid-July 2022
until then you can refer to version 11
❶ Indicators & targets are set up to mesure the kaizen system perfomances by the organization (eg : quantity of ideas raised and implementes, performance improved, saving...ect)
❷ There is a clear process to :
Collect ideas (Idea boxes, boards, interviews, meetings)
Sort and identify the ideas that will be tested
Validate the implemented ideas
Reward participants (best ideas, best contributors, best R.O.I ...)
❶ Each departement of the Organization participates actively to the ideas raising system.
❷ The Organization allocates time to teammates to implement their ideas.
❸ There is an incentive system to promote the involvement of everyone, this system is generating practices from usable idead formalized into new standards.
❹ The system supports improvements of the Organization final performances.
