Location: Project Access Resource Center at Woodland Estates Apartments (6115 Corktree Court, Charlotte, NC 28212)
Duration: All year round opportunity, with a minimum requirement of 10 hours of service
Hours: Volunteers must complete at least 10 hours Flexible, based on availability

Volunteer Role
As a Community/Student Volunteer with Project Access, you will play a key role in helping us serve the community by providing support in a variety of areas. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a difference and gaining hands-on experience in community service, social work, and nonprofit operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with community outreach and engagement to connect individuals and families with available resources.
Help organize and distribute donations (food, clothing, household goods) to community members in need.
Support educational programs and workshops by preparing materials, setting up, and helping facilitate activities.
Provide general assistance to Project Access staff in running events, workshops, and community-building activities.
Promote a positive and welcoming environment for all individuals accessing services.
Qualifications
Enthusiasm for helping others and making a positive impact in the community.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to the volunteer schedule.
No prior experience required just a willingness to learn and contribute!
All potential volunteers must pass an interview and background check
