Position: Volunteer - Charlotte Family Festival & Walk for Bleeding Disorders 


Position Description: Bleeding Disorders Foundation of North Carolina (BDFNC) is excited to announce that the 2024 Charlotte BDFNC Family Festival and Walk for Bleeding Disorders is happening on April 27, 2024. To make this event a success, we need volunteers and hope that the members of your organization are able to support us by volunteering their time. There are multiple volunteer opportunities, including day-of the event support and other opportunities the week leading up to the event.

Day of responsibilities include:

-Set-up on Festival Day (6:30am arrival)

-Event Activities including distributing food & beverage, crafts, registration (7:00am arrival)

-Clean-up on Festival Day (11:30am to 2:30pm)


This event will be hosted as a mission to better the lives of families with bleeding disorders. Proceeds for the Family Festival & Walk fundraiser support programs and services for the bleeding disorders community, including emergency assistance, medical IDs, scholarships, support groups, and more. The event includes activities, awards, and a walk to help raise money and awareness of bleeding disorders.
