STEAMfest 2024
Date: Sunday, March 24, 2024 12PM to 7PM
Each year, Woodlawn School produces STEAMfest to provide youth in our community with free opportunities to Imagine, Discover, and Explore topics in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics through fun and engaging hands-on activities.
On March 24th, 2024 from 12PM to 7PM, the Woodlawn campus will host STEAMfest 2024. This event will feature over 100 hands-on activity booths where youth from the community can explore a range of STEAM topics. The activity booths are sponsored by parents, students, local colleges and universities, museums, libraries, community organizations, clubs, and businesses. Admission and activities are free and open to youth and families of all ages.
Woodlawn School is a private, independent, non-profit PreK-12 school. STEAMfest is organized, funded, and operated entirely by volunteers. In 2023, over 1500 people attended STEAMfest. We are expecting over 2000 guests for 2024! STEAMfest is by far the largest STEM/Arts festival in North Carolina! STEAMfest 2024 needs volunteers!
