Davidson Community Garden
Mission: Established by Davidson United Methodist Church for the use and enjoyment of the entire town. It is not divided into parcels to be rented out to individuals. Rather, in the spirit of Davidson as “one big family”, it is one big garden tended by volunteers from every corner of town.

Position: Garden Tending
Position Description: This organically grown garden provides fresh fruit and vegetables to the food pantry at the Ada Jenkins Center. Volunteers will tend garden as needed and this will include planting, harvesting, weeding, watering, etc. Tools and gloves will be provided and closed-toed shoes are required. Garden tending takes place every Saturday at 10 a.m. from September 9th - November 4th.
