UX & Design Evaluation: Analyze the current layout, navigation, and user journey to ensure intuitive flow for donors, volunteers, and clients.
Content & Messaging Audit: Review content clarity, brand voice, and messaging effectiveness to ensure strong alignment with our organizational goals.
Actionable Recommendations: Identify strategic changes to enhance visual appeal, storytelling, and call-to-action (CTA) placements (e.g., donation and volunteer sign-ups).
Feasibility Collaboration: Partner with our internal team to ensure all recommendations fit within our existing resources and technology constraints.
Final Deliverables:
At the conclusion of the 6-week project, the volunteer team will provide:
Website Audit Summary: A brief assessment document highlighting current strengths, bottlenecks, and messaging gaps.
Actionable Roadmap: A prioritized list of recommended updates for copy, visuals, and structural flow.
Implementation Hand-off Plan: A framework that our internal team and web developer can use to execute the changes in August.
Project Timeline & Milestones (6-Week Window)
Our goal is to implement changes in early August for a late-summer re-launch alongside our 2026–27 Pathway Program.
