A straightforward module in which the admin user uploads the necessary documents for the client to download and read on their device.

Upload Understand Your Bill
On this page, Admin users upload the desired file that will be displayed and downloaded for the user in Billing & Payment Page --> Understand Your Bill button.
Use the search fields to look up stored documents
Select the bill record from the table, then click to edit or delete as needed
Hit the New button to add a new document
Browse: Select the desired file to display to the user
Save: After selecting the file, click 'Save' to save the changes
Download: Downloads the current file that is already uploaded and is displayed in the 'Understand Your Bill' section
