The Customer Dashboard is the initial page of the portal after login. Customers are provided the most relevant information on their account, such as:

• Account balance

• Ability to make a payment

• Usage widgets

• Billing and consumption history graph

• Widgets to facilitate enrollment into programs provided by the utility company

• An account overview section which provides information and status on a range of account details

• Helpful Tip: You can expand the left navigation menu by clicking the top, left icon (icon with 9 dots).

Username Validation

When the user logs into the portal, the system will query for all contract accounts associated with the username and retrieve primary account information from the backend system

If the username has multiple contract accounts the portal will check which one is flagged as “Primary” to display the initial account upon login.

The Account Selection Widget will house all associated contract accounts

Make Payment widget: Expanding this widget allows the customer to Make a Payment

Recurring Payments widget: Expanding this widget allows the customer to enroll in Recurring Payments

Communication Preferences widget: Expanding this widget allows the customer to configure their Communication Preferences

The available communication methods are:

1. Paperless Billing: Details are explained in the Paperless Billing - Enroll & Paperless Billing - Unenroll sections

2. Text Alerts: If the customer opts to enroll in text alerts they will be required to provide a valid mobile phone number & then click Enroll

Contact Information: The customer is able to update their contact information: Primary email and primary phone number

Helpful Tip: Customers will receive a pop-up message for each change asking if they are sure they want to proceed. They must click Proceed to save the change.

Notification Preferences: Customers can select their notification preferences (Email and/or Text Alerts) for each event by switching the corresponded toggle on/off & then clicking Save.

Helpful Tip: The customer must enter a valid mobile phone number to enroll in text alerts

My Services widget: Expanding this widget allows the customer to view all of their services, service status and meter reading history. The customer is able to switch between a card view and a table view for their convenience.

Billing & Consumption History widget: The Billing and Consumption History graph provides a user friendly display of the customer’s consumption and billing information. Period details can also be examined, giving the customer more granular information on their usage/bills.

Account Overview widget: Displays a range of useful account information, details and statuses.

The following fields will be displayed within the Account Overview section:

1. Customer Number

2. Mailing Address (with a link to the Profile Settings where the customer can request a change to their mailing address)

3. Account Status: Active / Inactive

5. Last Payment Amount

6. Account Type

   • Residential

   • Commercial

   • Industrial

   • Inter Departmental
