Notifications

This section describes how a customer will view their Notifications

This is where the customers view their received notifications from NTUA.

Step 1: Navigate to the following URL: https://www.myntua.com/. Customer will enter their:

  1. Username

  2. Password


Then click Login

Step 2: User Navigates to Notifications tab in the left-hand navigation menu.

Step 3: Customer can view the notification details by clicking on the notification.

Customers can delete messages from their inbox or sent inbox using the designated action button for each record

Customers can check if there is a reply to their message by referring to the Replies column for each record

Customers can view messages Sent to NTUA from the Sent Tab

Customers can view deleted messages in the Trash tab

Customers can filter the inbox by Read status, Date/Time, Topic, Subject, Account or (number of) Replies

Customer can send NTUA team messages by clicking the New Message button. New messages can be initiated from the Contact Us tab as well
