Considering admin users may send out the same notification several times, creating template notifications is necessary to alleviate the workload and save their time.
The following steps illustrate the process of creating notification templates:
Step 1: Navigate to the following URL: https://www.myntua.com/. User will enter their 1) Username and 2) Password, then click Login.
Step 2: If authentication is successful, the user will be navigated to the MiAdmin Homepage, with the Customer Search page opened by default. From the left-hand navigation menu select Notifications, then Manage Templates.
Note: Only users with a role of Admin will see the Notifications section.
Step 1: When the user clicks 'Create New Template', the user will be prompt to complete the following fields to create a new template:
1. Subject
2. Notification Type
a. This list helps group templates under 'Promotional', 'Account Management' or 'Bill and Payment' category types
3. Message
Step 2: User clicks on 'Submit' button to create a new template
Step 1: When the user clicks on the edit icon under the 'Action' column, the following will be displayed to the user in a popup:
1. Subject
2. Notification Type
a. This list helps group templates under 'Promotional', 'Account Management' or 'Bill and Payment' category types
Step 1: When the user clicks on the delete icon, under the 'Action' column, the following will be displayed to the user in a popup:
Note: User clicks on 'Submit' to delete the template or 'Cancel' to leave the template as is.
