Profile & Account 

This section enables the user to manage all their general portal settings from one place, including Security Settings, Account Management, Profile Settings

The Profile Settings section allows the customer to send a request to change their mailing address

Helpful Tip: Customers can change their email address and primary phone number on the Customer Dashboard (under Communication Preferences).

Step 1: Click the Profile & Account tab in the left-hand navigation menu.

Step 2: The Profile Settings tab is opened by default. The customer can initiate a request to change their Mailing Address by clicking the plus sign next to Contact Us

Step 3: From the How Can We Help? pop-up, the customer can select Change Mailing Address from the What is this about? drop down list, fill in the rest of the data and click Send Message for the NTUA team to process.

The Security Settings section allows the customer to:

Step 1: Click the Profile & Account tab in the left-hand navigation menu, then click the Security Settings tab 

Step 2: Change Password requires the customer to enter their old password first, then enter the new password & confirm it. Once completed, click Submit Changes 

Step 3: Manage Security Questions allows the customer to view their current security questions and answers. They can also update them as needed by making any applicable changes, then clicking Submit Changes
