The Forgot Password feature allows customers to self-reset their NTUA password. Customers may initiate the password reset process from the NTUA Homepage.
Step 2: Click the Forgot Your Password link on the homepage.
Step 3: Account Information: The customer will provide the information below & will then click Next:
Username (Required)
Email Address registered with the NTUA Portal (Required)
Step 4: Security Questions: The customer will answer the security questions they selected during the registration process; then click Next.
Security Question 1 [Custom answer defined during customer registration]
Security Question 2 [Custom answer defined during customer registration]
Security Question 3 [Custom answer defined during customer registration]
Step 5: Reset Password - The customer will:
Create a new password
Confirm the new password
Click the Reset Password button
