The user will begin by navigating to the NTUA Portal Homepage.
Step 1: Navigate to the following URL: https://www.myntua.com/. User will enter their 1) Username and 2) Password, then click Login.
If authentication is successful, the user will be navigated to the MiAdmin Homepage, with the Customer Search page opened by default.
From here the user utilizes the left-hand navigation menu to take additional role-based actions as a Portal Team, CSR or Administrator user. Note: CSRs have limited access within MiAdmin which is limited to Customer Search. Portal Team members have a limited access within MiAdmin which is limited to Customer Search and Tasks (Manage My Inbox)
Helpful Tips: If the Login is not successful, one of the following conditions may exist. An error message will display to the user.
A. Invalid Username
The username, email or password provided is incorrect.
B. Invalid Password
The information you entered does not match our records. Please reenter your username or password. You have [number] attempts left to enter the correct password.
