Customers may have multiple contract accounts registered to the same username in the portal. This allows the customer to conveniently manage all of their accounts using the same portal login.
When the customer logs into the portal, the overview page will load with their primary contract account. The primary contract account can be changed on the Profile page. (See Change Primary Account). To view their other registered accounts, the customer must select a different contract account from the Account Selection Widget located at the top of the page.
Step 1: From the portal header, the customer simply clicks the drop down menu arrow.
Step 2: A listing of all their registered accounts will appear. The customer can then choose the contract account they wish to view by clicking on their selection.
Step 3: The Overview page will automatically reload with the customer's selected contract account.
The user can search based on contract account, name or service address to quickly identify the account to navigate to.
If there are more than one account linked to the User, the Customer will see the View Account Summary in the Account Selection Widget and when they click on it, the customer will be guided to the Account Summary screen showing all the accounts and summarizing the charges.
The Customer can click Yes Radio Button if they want the account summary screen to be shown by default when they first login instead of the Primary Account view.
