Mobile - Customer Login
This section will describe the Login process for registered NTUA customers through the Mobile Application
The customer will begin by navigating to the NTUA Portal Homepage.
Step 1: Step 1: Open the NTUA customer self-service Mobile Application. Customer will then enter their:
Username
Password
Then Tap Login
Step 2: Upon clicking Login, the account credentials will be verified. If verification is successful, the customer will be navigated to the Customer Dashboard page. The Customer Dashboard page provides general information about the customer's account, such as the Total Balance and Last Bill Charges.
Helpful Tip: If the Login is not successful, one of the following conditions may exist & an error message will display to the customer:
Username has not been activated: Customer must click activation link within the registration email to activate their account
Invalid Username: Customer must confirm username is correct
Invalid Password: Customer must confirm password is correct
