View Billing & Processed Payments
This section describes the steps to view billing and process payments as a registered NTUA customer
From the Billing & Payment section, customers can view their billing history as well as payments that have been made on their account.
Step 1: From the Customer Dashboard, the customer clicks the Billing & Payment tab in the left-hand navigation menu.
Step 2: The Billing History, Payment History and Scheduled Payment(s) information will be displayed.
The following information is displayed for all billing:
1. Account Number
2. Invoice Date
3. Invoice Amount
4. Due Date
5. Status (Paid, Not Paid)
6. View bill icon
Helpful Tips:
If there are more than 5 records, customers can click on 'Show More' to view additional entries
The records can be sorted by Account Number, Invoice Date, Invoice Amount, Due Date or Status
Customers can export the records to Excel by clicking the Export to excel button
The following information is displayed for Scheduled Payment(s):
Account Number
Scheduled Date
Amount
Status
Action (Cancel)

If there are more than 5 records, customers can click on 'Show More' to view additional entries
Customers can export the records to Excel by clicking the Export to excel button
The following information is displayed for payments:
1. Payment Date - Date the payment was submitted
2. Amount - The amount of the payment
3. Status - Pending, Canceled or Paid

If there are more than 5 records, customers can click on 'Show More' to view additional entries
The records can be sorted by Payment Date, Amount, or Status
Customers can export the records to Excel by clicking the Export to excel button
Understanding your bill
The Customer can view a bill example to understand the bill details
Step 1: click on the image or the arrow under the "Understand your bill" widget
Step 2: the bill example will open in a new tab, and the Customer can view it
