Admin users can prevent customers from accessing the payment functions (One Time Payment on the Front Page; as well as the logged in functions Pay Now, Auto Pay and Payment Methods) for a certain period, when needed, for maintenance changes. This includes scheduling the down time for maintenance.
Step 1: Admin navigates to 'Paymentus Maintenance'
Step 2 : The Maintenance page is displayed with the following information:
Admin can choose to immediately lock the Payment functions from customer use by clicking the 'Yes' radio button for Paymentus Outage Active
Admin can change the message to be displayed for customers while the payment functions are locked from the Paymentus Outage Message textbox
Admin can schedule a time frame for locking the payment functions by clicking the 'Yes' radio button for Enable Scheduled Paymentus Outage
Admin is able to define the time frame for the system outage by selecting the Begin Date and Time and the End Date and Time from the respected date fields
Admin clicks Save button to save their changes
