Manage Mailing Inserts
This section allows admins to configure and update the Mailing Inserts files in the customer's portal
This section allows admins to configure and update the Mailing Inserts files in the customer's portal
Admin users can view, add, update, and delete mailing inserts files which are displayed in the customer portal under Billing & Payment --> Mailing Inserts table.
Step 1: Admin navigates to 'Manage Mailing Inserts':
Step 2 : Mailing Inserts page is displayed to the admin user with the following information:
Add New Mail Insert button:
Admins can add a new mailing insert by clicking on Add New Mail Insert button
A pop is displayed, once the user clicks on the above button, that contains the following fields:
File Upload (Required field)
Description (Required field)
Publish Start
Publish end date
Save & Cancel buttons
After Admin clicks the Save button, the file will be added in the Mailing Inserts table and will be reflected on the Customer's portal
Newly added mailing insert is displayed on the Customer's portal account as seen below:
Step 3: Admins can perform the following actions to Mailing Insert records:
Edit icon:
Admins click Edit icon under Action column
A popup is displayed, admin updates the following fields as needed:
Current File (read only field)
New File
Description
Publish start date
Publish end date
Admin clicks 'Save Changes'
2. Delete icon:
Admins are also able to delete an existing mailing insert as follows:
Click the Delete icon under the Action column
A conformation popup is displayed; click 'Yes' to confirm
Status for that mailing insert record will be changed to 'Deleted'
3. Restore icon:
Admins can restore a deleted mailing insert record by clicking on the 'Restore' icon
A conformation popup is displayed; click 'Yes' to confirm
Record is restored with the last status recorded for that mailing insert
4. View Mailing Insert icon:
Admins can view the mailing insert file for an existing mail insert by clicking on View Mailing Insert:
File is opened in a separate tab
