Step 1: From the Customer Search results, the user clicks on the appropriate Customer Name. See Customer Search section for more details on retrieving the customer search results.
Step 2: Upon clicking the customer's name, the user enters into the Agent Dashboard screen. Three (3) sections are available for review:
1. Portal Status: Information about the customer registration, login, and various programs the customer has/has not enrolled in.
2. Financial Information: Information about bills and payments - both historical and current.
3. Customer Information: Information about the account and service address.
Step 3: When the user scrolls down, a 4th section which contains Consumption and Billing History is displayed in a graphical view (customers have access to the same graph & details when logged in). This allows the user to view the customer's consumption and billing history for each billing period (up to 13 months). To display details for a different service, that service must be selected using the service boxes at the top, right of the graph (Electric - kWh, Gas - Therms, Water - Gallons)
Clicking the Usage or Charges icons at the bottom, center of the Consumption and Billing History graph will download an Excel file of the consumption or cost.
Step 4: The user can select either 1) Exit Dashboard once applicable information is gathered, or select 2) Mirror Customer. See section Customer Mirroring for additional information.
Step 5: Upon selecting Exit Dashboard the user is directed back to the Customer Search page.
