16 numbered questions (tailored to curriculum, provided by facilitator)
Bell/Timer
Procedure
Split into 4 teams and provide each team with a whiteboard, marker, and eraser.
Each team draws a 4 x 4 grid on their whiteboard and randomly numbers the boxes from 1 - 16.
Each team chooses a new representative each round to speak for the team when selecting a number and answering a question.
The first team begins by selecting a number. They have 10 seconds to decide.
The facilitator will ask a question corresponding to the number.
The facilitator starts the timer and the team has 30 seconds to answer the question. The facilitator rings the bell when time is up.
If a team answers incorrectly, forfeits, or runs out of time, they must erase their selected number and the next team will have a chance to answer. This continues until a team has answered correctly or until all teams have answered incorrectly.
If a team answers correctly, all teams that have not had a chance to answer the given question cross out the selected number on the whiteboard.
The next team then selects a new number.
Repeat steps 3 - 7. Choose one of the following methods to end the game. Play continues until:
A team has reached Bingo by crossing out all 4 numbers in a row, either diagonally, horizontally, or vertically.
All 16 numbers have been selected, and the team with the most Bingo lines wins.
Notes
Only have 2 - 6 teams with only 2 - 6 people per team. It may be hard to manage with too many people.
You may use a paper and pencils/pens if you don't have a whiteboard and dry erase markers.
