Materials

Pen or pencil (1 per participant)
Sheets of paper, halved
List of questions 1
Procedure
Divide participants into groups of 6 - 8 persons.
Give each group a cup with popsicle sticks, a list of questions, and one pen/pencil and piece of paper per person. Each person writes his/her name at the top of their answer sheet. 1
Each group sits in a circle, and the youngest person starts the game.
The first player (“guesser”) picks a popsicle stick from the cup to determine which category to choose the question from.
The guesser selects a question from the category and reads it aloud.
All other players in the group write their answer to the question on the answer sheet.
After players have finished writing, they pass their answer sheet to the person to the guesser’s right (“reader”).
After all players have finished writing, the reader shuffles the answer sheets and reads each person’s response aloud. All responses must be read at least once before the guesser can start guessing.
The guesser must guess who wrote which response. The guesser can ask the reader to repeat the responses as many times as needed. While the guesser is determining who wrote what, the other players should not give any hints, either intentionally or unintentionally.
After the guesser has matched all responses, the reader reveals who wrote which response.
Each correct guess is worth one point. 2
Gameplay continues clockwise. The guesser in the previous round is now the reader.
Continue as time allows, giving everyone a chance to be the guesser.
The player with the most points at the end wins.
Notes
1 The list of questions is attached in a Word document below.
2 The game does not have to be played for points. Instead, players guess for fun and no points will be rewarded.
