Purpose
To examine who we live for
Objective
To fill out the worksheet.
Procedure
Print out the file below for each participant.
Take 7-10 mins to fill out the sheet.
Designate three areas in the room (ex: 3 corners) for the three categories: God, you, and others.
The facilitator reads the questions and participants share their answers by going to the designated area that shows the answer.
Count the scores of your answers and share your score for each category: for God, for yourselves, or for others.
Share what you discover about who you live for.
Read the verses and share about how to live for Christ.
Verses
For to me, to live is Christ, and to die is gain. (Phil 1:21)
Therefore, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God. (1 Cor 10:31)
Therefore we make it our aim, whether present or absent, to be well pleasing to Him. (2 Cor 5:9)
And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men. (Col 3:23)
