Procedure
The facilitator announces the topic or theme.
Each participant writes a question about the topic/theme, folds the paper, and places it in a hat or container.
Each participant writes their name on a piece of paper and places it in a second hat or container.
Participants gather in a circle and facilitator places the two hats or containers in the middle.
The facilitator draws a card from the question hat and reads it aloud.
Gives participants 30 seconds to think of an answer.
The facilitator draws a name from the name hat. That participant shares the answer to the question. The facilitator returns the name and the question to their respective hats.
The participant who answered the question draws the next question, reads it aloud, and draws the name of the next individual to share.
Continue as time allows.
Variations
Do not return names to the name hat to ensure that everybody answers at least once.
The facilitator prewrites questions related to the fellowship/class theme.
