Recommended Group Size
20+ persons
Estimated Time
15 - 20 minutes
Purpose
To interact with one another and increase in Bible knowledge
Objective
To correctly answer as many questions as possible
Materials
Paper
Pen or pencil (1 per participant)
Tape
Bible trivia questions
Bell/Timer (optional)
Procedure
Have all the participants tape a blank sheet of paper on their backs.
Give each participant a different Bible trivia question.
Participants will then go around and ask their Bible trivia question to other people for them to answer. If the other people answer the Bible trivia question correctly, the participant with that Bible trivia question will then sign/write his/her name on the paper on their back.
Example: Adam asks Eve his Bible trivia question. If Eve gets it right, Adam will sign his name on the paper on her back. Then Eve will ask Adam her question, and if Adam gets it right, she’ll sign her name on the paper on his back.
The facilitator will judge how much time is appropriate for the participants to ask questions. Once time is up, the participants will then try to reorder themselves from the most signatures to the least signatures without talking.
Optional: The facilitator can have the participants publicly share how many signatures they got.
Notes
Gauge how much the participants know about the Bible beforehand if possible. Make the questions multiple choice as the easier option or no choices given for the harder option.
