Meta-level course (portal)

A meta course is a course that is linked to one or more courses. All students on the 'linked-to' courses have access to the meta course. Content and activities are thus provided via this meta course to all students on the linked-to courses. Creating meta-links requires you to be module leader on the linked courses.
