Add user
Turn editing on, go to the Administration block
Open the 'Users' menu with the little triangle in front of it, if it isn't open already
Select Enrolled users
In the 'Enrolled users' window, select Enrol users (see image below)
The 'Enrol users' window opens. Select the desired role from the drop-down list at the top. Co-teacher can edit the course and Teaching Assistant can't. (1)
Enter the name or Brookes staff or student number of the person you wish to enrol in the Search box and select that user. (2)
If you have more than one user to enrol repeat the search process.
Click Enrol selected users and cohorts in the end. (3)
