Add user

    • Turn editing on, go to the Administration block

    • Open the 'Users' menu with the little triangle in front of it, if it isn't open already

    • Select Enrolled users

    • In the 'Enrolled users' window, select Enrol users (see image below)

    • The 'Enrol users' window opens. Select the desired role from the drop-down list at the top. Co-teacher can edit the course and Teaching Assistant can't. (1)

    • Enter the name or Brookes staff or student number of the person you wish to enrol in the Search box and select that user. (2)

    • If you have more than one user to enrol repeat the search process.

    • Click Enrol selected users and cohorts in the end. (3)
