Access condition
It is possible to combine a Turnitin assignment submission with the module evaluation, so that students can only access the submission box when they have submitted their module evaluation.
Enable Completion tracking for your module (in the module settings). This will become available as a setting for activities in your module, and it can be used for the module evaluation and the Turnitin assignment.

The module evaluation can be set up with a completion condition (so it can be shown as complete), as shown below, where the activity (in this case the module evaluation) is set to be completed if the feedback is submitted:
Set the Access restriction in the settings of the Turnitin drop box:
Set it to 'Student must match: Activity Completion (Questionnaire). The activity 'Questionnaire' in our example could be the module evaluation in your module:
