Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Admin Support to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our daycare's business logistics and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
· Assist the office team with daily administrative tasks.
· Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
· Maintain and organize office files and records.
· Prepare and distribute communications, such as memos, newsletters, and reports.
Logistics Coordination:
· Coordinate and oversee logistics related to business operations.
· Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and events.
· Ensure inventory management of office supplies and materials.
· Assist in the planning and execution of daycare activities and programs.
Customer Service:
· Greet and assist parents, children, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
· Address inquiries and provide information about daycare services and policies.
· Handle enrollment processes and maintain accurate records of student information.
Financial Support:
· Assist with billing, invoicing, and financial record-keeping.
· Process payments and manage accounts receivable.
· Support the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
Compliance and Reporting:
· Ensure compliance with daycare policies, procedures, and regulations.
· Assist in the preparation and submission of required documentation and reports.
· Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifying Related Instruction:
Business Management, Finance and Accounting, Marketing, Software Specialist, Interactive Media Production
