M-F, 8 AM - 10:00 PM - Flexible. After-school hours available.

Position Overview:

The main duty of the Data Processing Assistant is to prepare, sort, and enter data from source documents.

Description:

·         Prepare and sort documents to be entered into system

·         Enter alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic data from source documents

·         Compare data to detect any errors

·         Make necessary corrections to information entered

Required Skills/Strengths:

·         Ability to learn and apply new skills

·         Ability to follow directions

·         Ability to work at a fast pace / multitask

·         Flexible and able to work in a team

·         Friendly and dependable

·         Basic problem-solving skills

·         Key at speed levels appropriate for job

·         Occasionally lift and /or move up to 25 pounds

·         Able to sit for long periods of time

Qualifying Related Instruction:

Business Management, Finance and Accounting, Marketing, Software Specialist

All Positions:
