For students interested in building a future career within the district, WCPS offers structured Career and Technical Education opportunities to explore educational professions, gain hands-on experience, and transition seamlessly into roles that strengthen our schools. 

For current employees, WCPS provides education support, financial assistance, mentorship, and reimbursement pathways that make it possible to advance into high‑need positions such as classroom teachers, special educators, and other critical, specialized roles.
