Job Description:
You will operate or maintain data processing equipment, often the most sophisticated equipment on the market.
Responsibilities include:
Provide technical support to users experiencing hardware, software, or network issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve computer problems promptly and effectively.
Monitor computer systems for performance and security issues.
Required Related Instruction:
One course in the following pathways. Please see Program of Study for specific courses.

Hours:
Flexible. Must be able to work within regular business hours.

Rate of Pay:
$15.00/hr.

5. Submit Your Application: Hand in your completed application, cover letter, and resume to your Career Coach. Your Career Coach will submit your completed application to Siona Escoto, Apprenticeship Coordinator at EscotSio@wcps.k12.md.us with the team email, Apprenticeship@wcps.k12.md.us cc’d.
