DATA PROCESSING ASSISTANT APPRENTICE

The main duty of the Data Processing Assistant is to prepare, sort, and enter data from source documents.

Description:

• Prepare and sort documents to be entered into system

• Enter alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic data from source documents

• Compare data to detect any errors

• Make necessary corrections to information entered

Acknowledgment Clerk Apprentice

The main duty of the Acknowledgment Clerk is to enter and import data into a database using various websites, databases, and internal documents.

Description:

• Expected to meet internal and external deadlines

• Import data files into various databases

• Verify piece counts, print and quality check each file

• Import or hand enter orders into the fulfillment inventory management system

Mail Processing Clerk Apprentice

The main duty of the Mail Processing Clerk is to sort and process incoming mail for depositing.

Description:

• Assist in unloading and distribution of mail

• Sort mail according to destination and type of envelope

• Open envelopes by hand or machine

• Record dollar amount on mail for processing

The main job duty of the Image Scanner is to scan work into the system.

Description:

• Scan various types of client mail

• Operate a variety of scanning machines

• Upkeep of scanning equipment

• Enter alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic data from source documents into system

• Must be able to stand for long periods, 85-90% of shift
