Fitness Changes Life
Do you easily get tired when you walk to the nearest store from home or when you play basketball, habulan, or patintero with your friends? What do you think would that mean? You think you are healthy because you are feeling well, eating well, and living well. But you may not be perfectly healthy. Remember your mother always reminds you to trash the junk food like soda from your diet, and eat fruits and veggies instead. She keeps on telling you not to laze on the couch with your gadgets during weekends but to get out and play with your friends or help clean the house or fi x your beddings. But your body is too heavy for you to move. Your bones and muscles are too weak for you to help do the chores at home or play games with your friends outside. Then, the day came when you got sick. You were afraid of the doctors and hospitals. You swore to yourself that when you get better you live and eat healthy.
Indeed, you kept your promise to yourself. You helped do the chores at home when you’re not busy with homework and school projects. You ate fruits and veggies your mom prepared. You played basketball or volleyball with your friends. You participated actively in the physical activities in school. Eventually, you became healthy and fi t. Being physically fit changed your life beautifully.
