Music is a good thing to bring when you are going on a field trip or road trip, isnt't it? Music helps keep everyone in this bus alert and entertained. Furthermore, it also lets you build memories by having a theme song for your trip.
Are you aware that rhythm is an essential part of music? The sounds that are formed by counting and clapping are called rhythm.
What is rhythm?
The sounds that are formed by counting and clapping are called rhythm. Rhythm can be understood using images. In your previous grade, you learned about rhythm through stick notation. This time, you will ;earn that notes and rests are essential in making music. Let's say you are a musician about to play music by using a drum . What is rhythm in music?
Rhythm has something to do with the regular recurring motion marked with strong and weak beats of the sets of notes and rests used in a pattern. These notes serve as aid in the rhythmic movement. For example , different kinds of notes can create movements just like what the pictures illustrate.

How can these notes create movements?
Rhythm can be fun and enjoyable if you will move with it. For instance , you can walk to a quarter note , glide to a half note and hop to an eighth note.
In other words , you can move to the beat of a certain note based or their beat values
