 What are the forms that we need to fill-out correctly and accurately?  

          In filling out the forms always remember to input what are truth such as your name, 

   date of birth, place of birth,  and complete address. It is also very important to write the numerals and number words especially if you will fillout a form about deposits and withdrawals forms. Be accurate in filling out forms because these are important documents.

 The students will answer the activity after the discussion.
